Do you offer delivery and pick up services?

Yes, we do offer delivery and pick up during our regular store hours! Delivery and pick up services are an additional charge - minimum of $150 and is based per mile.

We also offer balloon delivery for an additional fee as well.

How far in advance should I place my order?

We recommend reserving your rental equipment as soon as you know what you need. In the summer and popular wedding months, you should place your order at least 3 months in advance to ensure you can get everything you need.

If you plan to rent specialty linens and/or colors other than black or white, please place your linen rental order at least 3 weeks in advance.

Do I need to pay a deposit on my rental order?

Yes, we require a deposit of at least 50% of your total to reserve your items.

We also require having a credit card number saved on file, and any equipment that is missing or returned damaged will result in a rental replacement fee that will be charged to the card on file.

Will there be someone at the store to help me load and unload my vehicle?

We cannot guarantee that someone from our staff will be able to help you with loading and unloading. There is usually only one person working at the store and may be busy with another customer when you come to pick up.

Please send someone or multiple people who are physically capable of loading your rental equipment.

Do you offer event set up services?

Yes, you can pay our staff to set up your equipment at the time of your delivery. We will not come back at a separate time to set up items.

Delivery and set up need to be arranged at the time of placing your order to ensure we can adjust our schedule accordingly.

Do you offer table and chair bundles?

No, we don’t offer any bundles. All of our equipment is priced individually, so you will need to order the exact amount of each item that you need.

We also have no minimum quantity required for reserving - you are able to order just one table if you’d like!
