Thank you for choosing Nancy's Party Rentals & Sales for your special event. The following are our rental policies and procedures for your review.

Reserving Equipment A reservation is strongly recommended to guarantee the items you want. The sooner the better!

Payment Upon reserving your equipment, a payment of 50% of your total rental is required to guarantee your reservation. the remaining balance is due the week of your event.

Changes Any deletions or cancellations must be made two months prior to your event date in order to prevent the loss of your deposit. Any additions are required two days prior to receiving your order and are based upon availability.

Cleaning of Dishware Items All dishware and related items are wrapped, boxed or crated and ready to use. These items must be returned COMPLETELY FOOD FREE and in their original container. Failure to return items CLEAN will result in additional charges.

Loss or Damage Care must be taken to protect all equipment from damage caused by vandalism, weather, moisture and abuse. Responsibility for equipment remains with the customer, from delivery to return. A replacement charge is added for all items (including boxes, crates, carts and cargo blanket) that are missing or damaged upon return. We require a credit card on file for all reservations. A replacement charge will be automatically charged to your card for missing or damaged items.

Delivery and Pick Up Delivery and pick up is available for an additional charge. Deliveries are made to a loading dock, door or garage that is immediately accessible to our trucks. Equipment must be restacked and ready for pick up in the same place it is delivered. Delivery and pick up charges do not include labor to set up or take down the equipment. Those services are available for an additional fee. Please ask our sales staff for quotes. If you require our staff to carry your items to a separate location an additional labor fee will be added to your final billing.
